This website is a friendly, informed space where leaseholders and residents can come together to better understand and navigate the complexities of property management, service charges, and mooring licences without confusion or unnecessary barriers. This community is exclusively for Burton Waters leaseholders and residents.
As soon as you arrive at Burton Waters, you’re likely to be approached by the BWRG (Burton Waters Residents Group) asking you to join them. Before making your decision, please take the time to read some of the posts on this site to ensure you are entirely happy with how they have represented, and will continue to represent you.
Please note: This website is entirely independent of any organisation connected with Burton Waters. Our focus is strictly on understanding our rights and gaining greater transparency around service charges, so we can clearly see what we are paying for and ensure true accountability.
